SHIPPING & BILLING ADDRESSES MUST MATCH YOUR DEBIT/CREDIT CARD THAT YOU USE OR YOUR ORDER WILL BE REFUNDED!

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. During major sales shipping can take up to 7-10 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. A tracking number will be issued to you by email once order has been processed. Once an email has been sent with tracking, it can take up to 24 hours for that tracking number to update.

Creme Extensions is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. All orders are required to be signed, failure to sign will result in your package being sent back to the nearest post office. Creme Extensions is not responsible for packages after they have shipped, or shipments arriving late for weather or courier delays.
